The streamlined Alexander Hamilton features a spacious tail-end observation lounge, large "picture windows", wide overstuffed reclining seats,

a beverage galley and piped-in music.

The Hamilton was built for the Pennsylvania Railroad's first-class “Congressional” trains which carried many a v.i.p. to and from Washington, DC.   A recently completed refurbishment enhances guest comfort with new interior appointments and brings the Hamilton up to modern mechanical standards.
